Had an exceptional experience with Angela from our initial contact to the end of our trip. Angela provided invaluable insight as to her travel experience in the country of Jordan and provided several options as to the type of travel tours available. Her documentation for our trip in the Travefy app and in print form were very helpful. There was always a rapid response to my questions prior to the trip, but most importantly, Angela always responded immediately to help with any issues that arose during the trip. Chris just helped me to fix a big problem. I am currently in Lausanne Switzerland, where I arrived yesterday from Vancouver. It turns out my itinerary yesterday included a short haul flight (in a multistep ticket) from Zurich to Geneva, and by mistake I simply left the airport in Zurich and got a train to Lausanne (which is also fairly close). It turns out Air Canada and Lufthansa cancelled my whole trip on the grounds that it was incomplete. I was effectively stranded.

Chris emailed me this morning and spent hours (literally) to do two things: (1) first he secured a new set of flights back to Vancouver for next weekend, just in case; (2) he managed to recover credit from Air Canada to get back our original ticket, with only a small penalty of $150 dollars applied.

At the end we have cancelled the back-up flights (at no penalty) and got back our (almost intact) old itinerary. This could have been a very costly mistake, but thanks to Chris and his professionalism I am happy to report that I will be able to travel as planned at a small penalty.

I am extremely grateful to Chris, and I want to express this in writing.

We planned a destination wedding through North South Travel and we honestly could not have been happier or more impressed. Our guests had a lot of requests and complications and Ginger was so accommodating. She also left us (the bride and groom) out of it so that we didn't need to have any extra stress and she dealt with all the requests with a happy and cheerful tone directly with the guests. Every one of our guests would comment to us just how impressed they were with Ginger.

We also worked with Laura and she was an absolute blessing. She was able to get in and take care of things for us and ask questions for us which took away so much potential stress. She went above and beyond throughout our entire process and were so thankful to have her. When we had a problem during our ceremony and needed to contact the resort, Kemi and Laura stepped in and managed to get everything sorted for us. As we were on our Honeymoon, it was absolutely amazing that they continued to support us and follow up with the company on our behalf.

If you are on the fence about using North South Travel, do yourself a massive favor and use them. We honestly could not have had such a successful experience without them. The amount of stress they lifted from us was immeasurable. They are smart, know what they're doing, resourceful, and truly cared about us. Thank you so very much for everything!

Your recommendations re upgrades, and the perks along with those offered by Virtuoso added so much to my experience. I met some really lovely people that I enjoyed spending time with. All in all, the getaway did the job I even didn’t fully realize I needed.

Having Ginger as our travel agent was the single best decision ever with our recent holiday to Mexico. Thank you so much for arranging the Continuing Dental Education onboard UBC's private Danube River Cruises with AMA Waterways this past August!

Everything was outstanding and exceeded my expectations! I loved the tours, the local guides, the places we visited, the variety of the tours, the comfort and ease in which we were transported to different locations. The quietvox system was terrific was I didn't need to be close to the tour guides to hear what they were saying - I could wander off and look as what I wanted, while still hearing the running commentary from the guides. The cruise itself was very scenic and the landscape, castles, towns and cities that we visited were very beautiful. All of the special entertainment onboard was great - it provided a local flavour or the culture and heritage.The boat itself was perfect! The way AMA Waterways does their business is outstanding - I loved all the extra touches that they provided each day - the daily cruise sheet wither the history of each location, what we could expect to see that day, any cruise announcements, and the tours described in details. The staff and crew were kind, considerate and so very helpful at every turn.

I would recommend this cruise to anyone, even my 15 year old daughter really enjoyed herself!

Everyone on our group was very happy and satisfied - we all said at the end that we would definitely do this again.
